LIABILITY FORM

PAYMENTS:

• All prices quoted prior to actually grooming your pet are only estimates. Final pricing will depend on the temperament of each pet and condition of the coat. You are subject to additional charges for matted/difficult dogs.

• Wag’N Wheels has the right to refuse service to any person/pet at any time.

• Wag’N Wheels has the right to cancel after 15 minutes of arrival. A no show fee may also be applied.

• In the event of bad weather, your appointment may be cancelled/rescheduled

  LIABILITY:

  • If your pet has a history of aggression or biting, Wag’N Wheels reserves the right to refuse service, and all bites will be reported to local authorities as required by law.

  • The owner is liable for any medical care expenses and damages that result from injuries caused by their pet.

  • The owner waives and relinquishes any and all claims against Wag’N Wheels, except for those arising from negligence.

  • The owner has disclosed all known dangers associated with their pet to Wag’N Wheels.

  • The owner has been truthful with weight size and Wag’N Wheels has the right to refuse service if the pet is too large for the weight capacity.

  • The owner understands and agrees that Wag’N Wheels shall not be help responsible for any damage to property and under no circumstance will Wag’N Wheels be liable for consequential damages.

  • If any medical problems develop with your pet in the care of Wag’N Wheels, the owner authorizes Wag’N WHeels to do whatever is necessary for the safety, health, and well-being of their pet. Further the owner assumes all financial responsibility for any and all expenses incurred.

  • The owner herby declares they are the legal owner of their pet and that their pet has not been exposed to any infectious illness within the last (30) thirty days. The pet must be properly inoculated for the Rabies vaccine.
